Each additional section will also be found under the Wetland Steward’s Guide tab when they are made available.
This guide is organized into four main sections. In Section One, we provide a general background of all things wetlands, including the specifics of Willamette Valley and West Eugene Wetlands. Section Two introduces a series of “explorations”, or opportunities for direct observations and data collection to familiarize yourself with your wetland before you begin restoration work. Section Three goes through the several types of wetland restoration projects you can complete on the land you are restoring. Finally, Section Four highlights community resources and experts that can further aid you in your wetland restoration efforts. At the end of each section, you will find a References and Resources section. Here, we list both resources referenced throughout the text and other resources you may find helpful throughout your restoration journey.
