Stewardship Workshop 1: Introduction to Restoration Planning

Where: WREN Office (Red House) at 751 S Danebo Ave 

Are you interested in conservation, but don’t know where to find information about the land in your area? Join WREN in our first Stewardship Handbook Workshop: Introduction to Restoration Planning! At this workshop, BLM staff will walk you through publicly available online resources so you can discover your local property’s land status, historic condition, and other ecologically important information. We will introduce you to online tools to support investigations into tax lot/parcel information, wetlands status, Threatened and Endangered species habitat, and the Web Soil Survey. Feel free to bring a notebook to follow along, or a computer to join in the web resources exercise. All resources are publicly available and weblinks will be shared for future use. 

This event is free, but we appreciate you registering beforehand so we can get a head count for the day of.
