Locally, WREN is a member of the Rivers to Ridges (R2R) partnership. This partnership is a network of 19 organizations collectively working to advance the protection, restoration, and effective management of park and open space resources in the southern Willamette Valley.

WREN is also a member of the Friends Grassroots Network — a national collection of organizations with the focus of protecting, restoring, and expanding the National Conservation Lands.
