Purpose:
This policy establishes guidelines WREN will follow to meet the expectations of our customers, and to begin a positive, satisfactory relationship with our customers.

Retail Customers
Orders:
At this time, WREN accepts payment through our online store at www.wewetlands.org or at events where WREN is selling merchandise. The WREN Store Manager will ship items purchased by credit card through the WREN Online Store within three business days. Any orders sent through mailed order forms will also be shipped within three business days from the date the order form is received at WREN. If it is not possible to have your item shipped within this time frame, the WREN Store Manager will contact you by phone or email.
Cancelling or changing orders:
Orders may be cancelled or changed prior to shipping only. Please contact the WREN Store Manager as soon as possible. Prepayment or overpayment will be reimbursed in the form of a mailed check, and may take up to two weeks to be received.
Returns/Refunds
WREN does not accept or issue refunds for returned items for reasons other than damage or loss in shipping. WREN pledges to our customers to ship our merchandise in original, excellent condition, and within secure packaging.
WREN places insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders $40 or more. If your order has arrived damaged, or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of mailing time has passed, please contact the WREN Store Manager as soon as possible. WREN will be able to file a claim within 180 days of the mailing date. After 180 days from the mailing date, WREN will not be able to issue any refund for damaged or missing items. For damaged or lost orders less than $40, WREN will replace your order at no extra cost to you. Please contact the WREN Store Manager if your order has arrived damaged, or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of mailing time has passed.
Errors in Orders:
If WREN has made any error in either your order received or payment processed, or if your credit card and/or banking account was used in a fraudulent manner, please contact the WREN Store Manager as soon as possible.
Shipping:
WREN places insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders $40 or more.

credit cards-VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (processed through PayPal). WREN does not store your credit card information. Please refer to our
privacy policy for more information.
WREN charges a $15 fee if any check is returned from your bank as a result of insufficient funds.
Wholesale
Orders:
Retailers may only place wholesale orders on WREN merchandise by contacting the WREN Store Manager (please see contact information at the top). Items will be mailed or delivered within five business days of the order being received by phone, email, fax or mail.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact the WREN Store Manager as soon as possible. Prepayment or overpayment will be reimbursed in the form of a mailed check, and may take up to two weeks to be received.
Buyback:
WREN may consider taking returned items from our wholesale customers, and issuing full or partial refund, after reviewing the condition of the returned items.

Delivery and Shipping:
Any retailers located within Eugene and Springfield city limits are guaranteed to receive free delivery of merchandise! All others will pay the exact costs that WREN does to package and ship your items. Unless a particular shipping method is requested, WREN will ship (excluding Wetland Prints) through USPS. WREN places insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders $40 or more.
Payment:
Invoices will be shipped or delivered with your order. Payment will be accepted by check only if the order is mailed, and by check or cash if delivered. Payment upon delivery is not required.
